AGM

Technology batteries AGM, waterproof, resistant to vibrations and ideal in a solar installation. These batteries and their characteristics are therefore suitable for installation on construction site sheds and vehicles requiring a service battery. 

These batteries are maintenance-free and have a standard autonomy. the fact that they are maintenance-free makes it possible to avoid taking them out of their compartment in order to check the levels. The fact that they are maintenance-free means you don't have to take them out of their compartment to check the levels. 

Acid / Lead

Standard lead acid batteries with maintenance which allow electricity to be stored. 

These batteries are there for classic slow discharge use. 

You can use them to power lights, electrical devices such as an electronic payment terminals, a promotional screen or a heater.

Lithium

The latest technology in terms of energy storage. With autonomy and longevity superior to all other technologies, lithium batteries are suitable for intensive professional use. In addition, these batteries have an unrivaled weight/performance ratio which will delight professionals looking to save weight and/or space. For example, for an equivalent reference (equivalent dimensions and power), a lithium battery can weigh up to 14 kg less. 

Lithium batteries compared to other technologies can withstand 100% discharges and maintain their power even in extreme temperature conditions.  

Lithium technology therefore offers many advantages for professionals and can be used in all situations. However, before installation, it is necessary to check that the battery charging method is compatible with lithium batteries. In addition, lithium batteries are more vulnerable to fire, so their installation in certain spaces (airplanes, under a bed, etc.) is not recommended.

Gel and

This type of battery is often installed on medical vehicles, security systems as well as generators because they are reliable and powerful batteries. 

Indeed, compared to acid/lead batteries, they have a long lifespan (10-20 years compared to 5-10 years for conventional batteries) and they allow a large number of cycles (900 compared to 500). In addition, they are waterproof and do not need maintenance.

Gel batteries are therefore a superior technology to acid/lead and AGM and constitute a good middle ground in terms of quality/price between conventional batteries (acid/lead and AGM) and lithium batteries.
